Information we process
Account details, project descriptions, search preferences, generated candidates, saved names, usage limits, payment records and support messages are processed to provide the service and protect it from abuse.
External providers
Your business description and naming preferences are processed by the configured AI provider, OpenRouter, to generate candidates. Candidate domain names are sent to the configured domain availability provider, Spaceship, to check availability and prices. We do not publish your searches.
Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. FindNameNow does not receive or store full payment card details.
Retention and deletion
You may request account deletion from your profile. We remove or anonymize account and research data where practical. Payment and ledger records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. This site does not claim that retained financial records can be erased.
Security and cookies
Authentication uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie in production. Anonymous search limits use a random identifier cookie and a privacy-preserving server-side hash. Browser storage stores only the display preference.
